i have very thick long hair.i tried hair spray and gel together doesnt work out.then when i juz put hair spary it gets poofy and sticky later on. then the gel works for a while then later on poofy everywhere.both of then leaves danffaain my hair. so wat kind of hair products do u guys recommed.

straighten it 1st then curl it with hot iron. after that spray it with a good holding spray. it will last longer without poofing
