I dont like my hair....?

i have a problem with my hair.......back at like when i was 12 years old...my hair are all soft and shinny....but now im 15 my hair sux everytime after i took a shower when it dries it turns me off..i want my hair all natural but i always use gel when i go to school....i want to make my hair to be soft and i dont want to put gel on my hair anymore :/plssss help

your hair seems like its damaged from all of the products you use such as the gel. you need to give your hair a break from the gel. try going a week or longer with out putting any products in your hair. get a shampoo and conditioner to restore some of the moisture and nutrients back in your hair. then you should try to get your hair trimmed to cut off some of the damaged hair. it will take time to go back to its healthy look but be patient.

wish I could help, but my hair isn't natural, well it's black, but theres also green in there... guess which is dye...

it sounds like the shampoo your using is taking away your natural oils. Use a natural shampoo and conditioner. If you want shine then look for that on the label. There are sprays for that too.

Don't use gel anymore because it drys out your hair. Use a good shampoo and cream rinse and your hair will be like it used to.

omg. best solutions ever!!! HAIR SERUM!!! it works awesomely. it makes your hair shiny (but not oily), SMELL GOOD, softer, and what else? you can style it a bit with it, but it won't make your hair spiky because it's not like gel.

you put on serum on semi-dry hair. go to cvs pharmacy and buy that one kind. a small bottle (lasts half a year) only costs 6 dollars.

Get a leave in conditioner and use mousse instead of gel

girl, i fried my hair two weeks ago to where i couldnt brush it or it would fall out. i had to cut it all off after growing it out for the past year....it sucked. i cut it and it was different but cute and everyone loves it better than the way it was before. try something different and see what your hair can do and see if you like it.
