Do you think hair looks better with gel or without gel? my sister has been annoying me that every time i put gel in my hair it looks greasy and bad, but i think it looks good not to have bumps or anything. What do you think?

get some molding glue or some putty. texture is key! flat hair is out. you don't want to be a greaser.
go to a salon, get a professional haircut, have the stylist shampoo your hair, and then have her style it for you. ask her what she is doing, what she is using, and how to maintain it on your own.

putting too much gel in can make your hair look really greasy, you should try a wax or pomade though, and just put in a little, that way it will look less shiny and you can play with it throughout the day without it flaking like gel would.

When you have too much gel it can look a bit greasy. If you have long hair and want it smooth when you tie it back try a bit of hairspray instead for a more natural look.

It really depends on how you gel it, what gel you use...ect.
Although I've heard gelling hair everyday makes it weak and fall and faster, it didn't come from me though.
