I didn't get a perm since the end of July. I want twisters with shirley temple curls all over, I'm about to wash my hair soon whne my mama come back. I'm going to use Infusim leave in conditioner,Do gro hair lotion, and a tid bit of hair gel. thanks. please, no negative responses. I have african american hair,medium length, and it's very soft.

You would be better off getting a retouch because as soon as you sweat or it gets old you'll have two different textures and I'm sure that's not the look you're going for.

I would suggest trying what your going to tonight, and if it looks good and you like it, go for it! But if you do get a perm, make sure to follow all the instructions that your stylist tells you...if not your perm will end up messed up.

if ur hair is a virgin hair then perm it if it isn't then dont perm it but u sound like ur hair isn't virgin so go with the perm.
