i always gel my hair up when i go anywhere, its almost 2 inches long on top, and it sort of curves to one side, and some of it curves to the other. I also got mini bangs. unless if i take 10 min on it, after the gel dries, it sort of gets messy, especially when im changing clothes in PE. how do i get it straight and orderly? in other words how do i spike it straight up, slighlty bending back, looking at face from the front.

Try using a wax or pomade. A wax is more dry looking and pomades are wet looking. They are flexible and movable through the day. Gel tends to dry, flake, and be crunchy after it has weighed your hair down and dried as it wanted to.
With a wax your hair stays where you put it. You can reshape it.

maybe some hair spray, you can take a little bottle in your bag with deoderant for touch ups after PE but hair spray is the bomb for make hair stick like mud
