it's after 4, in baton rouge, have school tomorrow, i want to perm my hair, but bout time my mother get home it's going to be at least after 4:30, i want to perm and put it in a donut, i don't go to bed until 11. My mother have to go to the corner store to by the neutralizing shampoo and hair gel. Do you think it's too late for me to perm my hair?
