Why don't you go to a hair dresser and show them the picture and see if they can do it.

first blow dry your bangs with a round brush (about a 2 inch round brush) then touch up with a straightening iron. then spray some light hold hairspray on a boar hair brush and then brush your hair.

first make sure though that you have very thick sidebangs...
